Woop woop
Started a 5 day sugar detox ( this is day 5) and am also on week3 run 1 of C25K
Lost 4lb this week!
I’m doing these things for weight loss but also by changing what I eat I’ve found how much better I am feeling. So I’d encourage anyone else if it’s possible for them, to do something similar.
I’m now 13.1.8 and I’ll be delighted when I hop over into the 12 st something.
