Hope you are all well? It's been a while since I have been on here, but then the world has become a little more crazy in the last few weeks and I can't see that ending any time soon. Still, it's nice that there are still places of relative calm amongst this 'excitement'! Still, I lost my way a little because of a creeping boredom and slight depression, but routine has now come to my rescue and hopefully back to the journey I was, am now back, on.
I was well confused by "Day 92" til realised from your profile that it's your weight loss journey not a lock-down! I used to do that too but in weeks.... Got to week 30 back in Jan 2019 and maintenance weight of +/- 2lb of 10 st ... still come on here tho to stop me straying!
Have you joined a weigh - in day? I find it very helpful to be part of a team to support and cheer you on.
