Exercise dizzy

I thought it was just the motion of yoga, but have started skipping - same problem. Only did a minute and was so dizzy. I'm making sure I'm hydrated, etc. Is the low-carb killing my exercise ability?

How fast are you losing weight?

If you are feeling dizzy, I would suggest that you eat more - and try to limit your weight loss to one pound a week.

Skipping is very high energy from the get go and hard to do slowly - that might explain the dizziness. With step exercises or walking, it is much easier to work up the intensity as your aerobic fitness improves. Have you already tried the various NHS programs -active 10 or Strength and Flex which are a gateway programs back into activity and exercise? They have been really fantastic for me. Persist!
