Good evening all. Hopefully you have all had a good day and stuck to the choices you have made. The things we eat and the exercise we do is always a choice and sometimes it is hard to stick to. Today has been good in terms of choices for me because moderation is key for me and ensuring that knowing that is it my choice to be healthy or not keeps me motivated. What keeps you motivated?
