FWIW, I know several folks who lost a good deal of weight with SW, and then -for reasons I have not investigated - put it on again. If you are asking for advice - no, I don't think you are. I don't want to give ill-informed and unasked for advice.

Thank you ... that’s a relief 😅 and to be honest, when I go to the hospital next week I’ll ask them which do they record as I know carbs are not my friends but we need some of the little buggers to keep us going ..
Hi FFNF - I do SW too! I bought a 12 week countdown at the end of October. I gained over Christmas and had a couple of maintain weeks during December.. but on the whole I have found it really helpful. I have lost 17.5 pounds and my partner has lost 21 pounds (1.5stone)
The main thing for me is attending group. That accountability that I am weighing in and someone else is writing in my book, means I am less likely to lie to myself! Everyone is so welcoming and willing to offer advice/recipes.. But I go everywhere for support/advice/inspiration.. including this forum, Instagram and Facebook pages.
PoN is amazing! I have both of their books, and found so many yummy things to try out!
