Surprised myself today, my first day at work while heading to my weight goal, I would usually be snacking and eating the wrong thing.
Made myself a nice wholesome cuscus with veg and had this for my dinner, I have not been craving at all today as I think the water I'm drinking as well helped a lot.
I've come to the conclusion that sometimes when I thought I was hungry I was actually thirsty...
All in all a excellent day and proud of not binging at work.ππ
