I Lost 2 stones in 2018, gained 2.5 stones In 2019, lost 3 stones in 2020 to get to target, let’s do this!!

Welcome MackeyW :)

This may not be relevant to you but many people lose weight but do it too quickly. The body fights back by becoming more efficient at turning food into body fat and also by reducing its metabolism, therefore burning less cals. The upshot is that when we do start to eat normally, we easily put on weight.

Did you lose weight through counting calories?

If you "slim smart" weight loss is not so hard! It is not all about motivation and masochism.

Some of us here find that what works is a combination of The Low Carbohydrate, High-Fat (LCHF) diet (see the forum here on Health Unlocked) and Not Snacking All Day AKA Intermittent Fasting (IF). See:
