Can I make a simple suggestion: make extra for dinner, and have it the next day? Or a day later if you don't want to have the same meal twice in a row.
Some hints:
* pack your lunch and pop it in the fridge before you eat your dinner. That reduces the risk of you going back for seconds and accidentally eating your next day's meal.
* if you have access to a microwave, it's all easy. All you need to do is remember to bring a fork or keep one at work. Ditto for cold food.
* if you don't have suitable "Tupperware", the Sistema ones with the click lids seem very secure. I've had one for years, and I happily throw it in with my laptop. The seal is water-tight and secure.
* if you don't have a microwave, a wide mouth thermos works really well. I fill mine with boiling water while I heat my lunch, and tip out the boiling water so I put my food into an already warm flask. It stays hot until lunch. I sometimes use it even if I have access to a microwave, because it's less fuss at work (though a 10 minute chore before hand)
I can't suggest actual food, because "fussy" could mean so many things, from only liking the best to an eating disorder.

I find making a frittatta or omellettes in advance are easy to use for a packed lunch and doesn't cost the world either. I'll often mix in some veg to make it more of a meal too. Hope you find something that works!
