I’ve managed

melissamstanford42 profile image

To maintain my weight loss over the year to 13.8. Achieved crossing my legs and doing more with my lighter body mass change.

I’ve been lifting my dog more to feel weight but in the mirror and clothes I fit my body only looks nice from a distance.

Too many challenges to complete on top of weight loss now I’m eating, drinking and sleeping include my family and their health. It’s not important without them.

What do you want to achieve this year?

Would you like to join the Maintainers' group this Sunday?

Would you like to join an exercise group to get fit and build muscle?

Where is it and how much does it cost?
