Hello,
I've been slowly losing weight this summer but it has been a bit tough. I'm a comfort eater and have had a horrid summer, so any weight loss is good I guess. Trying to take some positive steps to encourage the pounds off as I need to lose 3 stone as safely but quickly as possible...then I need to keep it off!😊 Looking for some company on the journey.
