Iv just been feeling very hungry today and just wanna stay in bed or the couch.dont wanna do anything.eating all sorts of junk.just logged in all my food so far and I've eaten 1670 calories..that's not even dinner yet. Just having an off day for no apparent reason. How do you get back on track?

Sadly, Si33, junk food will always leave you feeling hungry. I suggest you forget about the calories and eat something substantial - a nice big cheesy omelette, with lots of roasted veggies, followed by berries and cream, or a coffee with cream, then when your tummy is full, take yourself out for a walk, before it gets dark. You'll feel so much better and more able to get back on track.

If you still feel the need for dinner, then have it, but make sure your meal has a high fat content, low carb content, then you'll feel full.

You have recieved good advise. I would add out this day behind you and move forward. Fill up as suggested by Moreless on something substatantial, protien based. Great idea low calorie and filling. The worst thing is to beat yourself up. Excellent you came to the site for support. Even for the best days are just meant to loaf and take a day off and look at the next day and get back on the horse and travel on. It will only set you back a little so have no really concern, what ever triggered it should pass. Be happy tomorrow and enjoy your day!

I felt like that yesterday, so I treated myself and I'm back on track again today. Stick at it.

Just take one day at a time, it is not worth worrying when you have a bad day, Start again tomorrow, if you can get out with friends join a club. Anything to take your mind off food, or do menu's for the week. When I am hungry I eat chicken, ham, eggs, all filling but not fattening. I am with S.W. but when my last week paid is up I will leave. I still intend to be careful with what I eat but not get paranoid about it. Good luck, stick with this forum it is really helpful.
