No weight loss this week and a binge on crackers yesterday is leading to a motivation loss.
Any quick tips to get back on track?

It's best for you if you forget the binge and move on.
No weight loss this week may demotivate you, but think of the weight you might gain if you binge again or slacken on running/exercise.
Don't give up. keep trying.
Cheers
Have a cup of tea. Write the binge off as one of those things and plan how to avoid it again. Make sure you don't let yourself get hungry, that is when these things tend to happen.
Hi Ab24601,
Pre-planning can help - ensuring that you plan your meals and snacks, and keep within your calorie allocation - are you following the NHS 12 week plan? It has a good structure and you could use Myfitnesspal alongside it, to help you keep track of your food and drink intake. If you ensure you have balanced meals and eat sufficient nutrients etc, then you are less likely to end up reaching for 'extras'.
If you like the idea of group support - then why not join us for the Monday Weigh-in Group (which I post just before 7am on Mondays) - there's a great team called the 'Fab 5'ers' and we always respond to anyone who weighs in with us - the people who weigh-in within that group are so enthusiastic and positive, and the group support is really great. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but you'd be very welcome to join us, if you felt it might be helpful to you.
Hope you have a good week.

I am on the plan, I;m on week 4 atm & joining in on weigh ins
I have been slacking at writing things down so that has to change!
I have also been ill this week & on some major meds for 2 weeks so missing the gym I think that makes me feel fatter! Trying to do some home yoga practice every night to make up for it, but it's very gentle atm so I don't feel like I'm shifting the weight this week (hopefully that's all in my head lol)
Hi Ab,
Glad to hear you're on the plan, but sorry to hear you've been ill this week. The home yoga practice sounds good - something gentle when you're not feeling very well sounds like a good thing. Take it easy, and hope you feel better soon. Hopefully those major meds will kick in soon and help you to recover.

We all have binges, I had one yesterday, if it continues I stand to gain roughly 1/2lb, it ceased today!
Stupid really, and it shouldn't have happened.
i tried the nhs plan, not very successfully - stayed the same for weeks then stopped. Silly really as constantly binging no. I find it really difficult not to be hungry as have a lot of food intolerances (mainly fruits and veg!!!) whereas carbs, chocolate, meat and cheese are ok, also have fatigue related issues - really struggling with myself!!!!!!! Getting motivation request caught my eye
Not sure whether this will help but when I first started my new healthy eating plan I wrote myself a little note explaining to myself why I wanted to lose weight, how uncomfortable I felt by being overweight, etc. etc. When I'm feeling a little weak or tempted I read the note, it does help me.
