Got to try and cook more dinners. It’s too easy to just have a sandwich. Tonight I cooked brown rice chicken and peas and hopefully will do something nice tomorrow. 🙂

Hi Christie

If you want to eat more home cooked food when you don’t enjoy/don’t have time is to cook double then you have leftovers for either lunch or next nights dinner. I do it all the time as it’s such a hassle cooking just for me.
