just writing cos cross with myself, had a right bad slip. worked 11 hours yesterday and didn't really get a meal and just snacked. got home last night hungry. I worked out had 200 cals I could have so why oh why did I have about 2000.(plus what had in day) had some ham on toast which followed crisps and biscuits.i was like a woman possessed,lol. so firstly id let myself get hungry, then second didn't stop once full. so I should of gone home and had something proper to eat and stopped when hunger gone rather than trying to stay within my cals. (make sure have a proper lunch but work can get in way some days.)lesson learned.lol. anyway rant over so back on today and onwards and downwards.

Ham with a slice of low fat cheese would have been better. I eat lots of eggs, chicken, ham, and allow myself 40g reduced fat cheese. So far I am losing weight, if you work long hours try taking fruit with you.
