Has anyone tried this? It's plant based and reportedly kills your taste for sugar. I e been taking it 2 weeks and I've found it works for me. Not an appetite suppressant, something to do with tastebuds. For the 1st time in 60 years, chocolate and all sugars have neutral taste. I'm not tempted, because these no taste reward. Non sugar foods still taste good and the only side effect I've noticed is an odd taste in my mouth. I'd like to hear from others. I've only lost a little weight, but not obsessing over sugary foods is wonderful

Hi and welcome, kathie659 :)

I think I did see something on the TV about that product, but have not tried it for myself. I found that following a low carb way of eating was good enough to stop the cravings for sweet stuff. You may find this interesting healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

I’ve not heard of this either and hope it helps you.

Please read the links Moreless has given you, it’s been a revelation to me how I can eat proper food, including eggs, butter and cheese, still lose weight, and not be hungry 😊

I did Atkins for a year and felt terrible the whole time. Not craving junk food now and eating healthier.

Atkins is very different to a lower carb moderate fat eating plan. All I’ve done is stop feeling guilty about eating proper food, unadulterated cheese, the odd piece of toast with proper butter. I agree totally about eating healthier and stopping the junk and how much better we feel, isn’t it great? 😊

Yes I do feel better. I always equate low carb diet with Atkins. I was nauseated for a year. I will look into low carb, see how it works.

I’ve found it very helpful, especially as I’ve got older 😊
