Today, I’ve taken out a three month membership at a gym in an attempt to get fitter and hopefully thinner. I have had health problems over the last two years but I am now fully recovered and ready to kick the bad habits I’ve acquired into touch! I’ve also just retired so need to make sure I make the most of my time to enjoy the next stage of my life journey.

Joining a gym is a very good move. I did the same and have completely changed my body shape to one I feel proud of. Take your time and gradually built up your exercise. You can do it! Best of luck, and well done for trying.
Sounds like a great time to get started scarlet. Welcome to the forum, and all the best for your weight loss journey! Fx
