Just wondering why you’ve chosen 1400 cals. If you could lose weight eating, say, 2000 cals (or whatever range the NHS BMI calculator gives you), why would you eat less?
Ohhh I’m not following the nhs bmi calculator, it’s what works for me I have hormone problems which alter my weight loss if I was to eat 2000 I wouldn’t of miss what I have lost thus far o lus I want to lose more then 1 pound per week I’m just not hungry enough to eat 2000 calories I feel great healthy happy and full of energy and happiest I’ve felt in years I’m soo enjoying it. And 1400 is a guide line it’s more like 1500/1600 I’m having :D.
