Weight

Thank you for all the suggestions and replies! This is what happened: I took this heavy item and got on the scale. The number that I saw was what I imagined I was weighing without the heavy item! So, I put it down and was able to face my weight which was A LOT less than what I thought in my fat head. So now I know what I weigh and, although it is way more than where I want to be, it is not as bad as I thought. So, there...it worked!!!!!!!
