I have been listening to hypnosis for weight loss on YouTube. Don't know seems to be working for me. I not saying it's brilliant give it a go. Maybe I should look a bit more into it just wondering if anyone else has gone down this path let me know what you think Gareth

Hi gareth0073-I did try this once and it worked at the time-also did Paul McKenna's hypnosis which really did work although I found his eating regime too restricting and it made me overeat in the end. anything that works is good!!
