So this is week 1 officially for me although prob 10 days into my healthy routine. And I've lost 2kg. I'm shocked. I certainly haven't starved myself but I am determined and have been on a few runs so it really does work. Keep going everyone. I've got my summer holiday to keep me focused and I want to look good in my onesie haha x

Hi thanks. I do have 20 kg to loose so it's prob the first bit which will be easy ish?? I'm not following a plan. I've cut out snacks and sugary treats and try to avoid carb based meals. I don't calorie count. I've lost this weight before just eating right and staying active so I know it can be done. Good luck to you too xx

Hi, Maria821

Some of us can lose weight without counting - and, when I started here I was disabled - and I had no problem losing weight without exercise or counting.

Do you eat how many hours or meals a day or do you do Intermittent Fasting?

I'm just eating healthy that's it. For breakfast I've starter having a smoothie with coconut water. And I'm running about 3 times a week and running after kids. I think I have a lot to loose so first bit maybe easy then I'll hit a wa?
