You are not alone in this. Two weeks of eating badly has made me realise how tired it makes me feel. So glad to get back on track. I hope you reach your goals!
Let me ask you a question...
If you had Christmas all over again would you do anything different? Rather than thinking of Christmas as your downfall, it was your break, hiatus, whatever you'd like to call it, but a break can be very good for you.

I think most of us lapsed I know I did, I love alcohol fortunately I don’t make a habit of drinking every day it’s generally special occasions. And there is always quite a few over Christmas. So I have been dry since Tuesday and I intend to stay that way for quite a few weeks. Good luck with your new start.
