Good morning. Yes. I had a lovely day thank you. Hope your day went well. Food wise I was ok, with tastes of everything especially savoury things-my cravings for chocolates seem to have disappeared these days- long may it continue!!

But apart from food the day was quieter than usual with my family content to TV watch and enjoy each other's company. We are usually 'full of busy' so it was a nice change. Planning a bit of a walk today- fresh air and burn a few calories.
