Trying again

I have attempted to start my weight loss journey several times without success. I am now feeling so determined and increasingly positive about this change.

I now weigh over 16 stone and am only 5ft 3 and realise that at my age it is not healthy to be eating the way I am. I don't like going out or doing anything different all because of my weight and am constantly hiding away. It took a while to get to this size so have accepted that I have to be patient to lose it.

So here is to a positive and healthy 2019. I am ready for this change and looking forward to reading other people's progress and ups and downs
