Hi. This is my first post. Have joined the forum as interested in others’ tips and advice on weight loss. Only have a small amount to lose but the weight just won’t shift! I exercise regularly and try to eat healthily but the weight just stubbornly stays on. Will look at what others are doing and maybe make some different adjustments. Happy New Year everyone!

I think that the easiest way to lose weight, or get over a plateau, is to Intermittent Fast. Try not eating in the afternoons and evenings, or missing breakfast.
This only works if you are not eating too many calories, but I get away without counting.

I'm one of many people who came to this forum thinking I was eating healthily. I've learned a lot in the past year that has helped me question what we've been told is a "healthy" diet.
