i have been dieting for few weeks now ... - Weight Loss Support
i have been dieting for few weeks now today terrible pangs of hunger having small bit of this and that still there then got a small chunk?
Yes I agree, as long as you keep it to a small piece (25-30g) then a small chunk of cheese is quite satisfying ... and count it in your daily calories of course.
hi liz i am rather brutal with MYSELF when dieting i like to see the weight GO but to daft when trying LOOSE WEIGHT why do everyone talk FOOD its the last thing that should be on our minds food to me is the ENEMY iknow we have to but down lowest amount i can take without being DAFT so its my own words CLOSE THE FRIDGE DOOR OPEN FRONT DOOR if that helps someone great also FAT ISNT BAD YOU NEED IT
Please don't think of food as the enemy. Yes, some foods are much better than others but you need to eat and you need to eat ENOUGH. There is no such thing as "bad" foods .... only bad choices . And yes you are right: we all need some healthy fats in our diet like cheese, olive oil , nuts, cream.
i like food liz but when the weight as to go its the enemy i am used to it lost 10 st twice and let it come back so you can see why i say its the enemy big curries and the like are gone i have stomach illness only very soft food "mush" or liquids so its my "friend" at the moment you see so many come on here they faff about with different this and that to no avail i go for it sometimes and its to harsh and fail but if i dont see the weight go i dont feel right so stop but its everyone to their own and what works for them
Well your previous 10st loss was an amazing achievement by anybody's standards. But of course if we lose then go back to our old habits we won't keep it off. That's why people on here are trying to find new ways to eat that they can continue longterm , not just as a temporary "diet".
It definitely can be done. ☺
Anyway, I wish you lots of success this time at losing your weight and maintaining longer term. Good luck.
