Hi All,

I’m a newbie to this forum or any kind of forum! weighing in at 13 stones exactly, aged 63 years young and in a positive mood.

I love all the support your providing and this has encouraged me to participate.

I don’t want to “diet” but I do want to feel good in mind and body. So here goes... Good luck to you all and supporting each other I’m sure we’ll all get to feel the same and get to be exactly where we want to be. x
