New here with what I do.

Hello everyone. I’m A. I’m 32, I’m a mum and from last year I gain a lot of weight after a failed pregnancy. Now, a year and a half after not doing nothing I weighted myself and I’m 89 kg. I’m 1,63 cm so my BMI it’s 33.4 . I’ve talk with some friends who had a stomach operation to loose weight and after a special programme for life to maintain their body healthy. I decided to talk to my psychologist and also the doctor about going on that path, but they’ve told me I can try at first a specialised nutrition plan. I booked an online meeting with a nutritionist from my country and I’ve decided for the moment to build a diet as a routine in my life first and after to take some test. From there I had to eat every 3 hours daily, from when I get up until 3 hours before sleep. Of course I weigh my food and I think I do eat more than usually.

A fact that I really found out is that not eating doesn’t help you loose weight. I had a very bad eating habit, sometimes not eating for days and after eating sweets and junk food. I decided I need to do something for myself to grow out of this and also become a better mom and who knows, maybe a role model. After 2 weeks I’m 5 kg less. It’s not much. But I can see in cm while measuring me better than the scale, the improvement of my diet.

I wanted to write you all, because since I was 13 and I started to weight more I tried lots of diets and medications, gym but never a healthy lifestyle. I’m not ready to preach, but from my heart I feel that’s the whole point to get physically and mentally well.

I wish you girls good luck and I hope you choose a path that involves medical professionals to be healthy and become more fulfilled.
