After 45 days of working in gym ,cardio and diet still my belly fat is not reducing ,its become stubborn now, from weight 77.77 to 73 kg progress so far, I wish someone give me kind advice to make me motivated today about my belly stubborn, PS sorry I eat pizza today after 45 days . need health unit friends advice .

Maybe you need to tweak your diet a bit, also change some of the exercises that you do, look into interval training if you aren't doing it already, also kettle bells are great for weight loss.
You're almost 5kg lighter than you were 45 days ago so I would say that's pretty good going! Keep this up and you will see the changes you want.

5kg in 45 days is great progress. Just keep going. You can't spot reduce fat and belly fat is often the last place we notice it going: when I was at my leanest, I didn't start seeing my abs until I got under 10% body fat. Persistence and continuity will get you the results you want, just give it more time.
Hi I am losing weight but no inch loss for the past two weeks. Just keep going I have been told it can take longer to lose inches .
