Struggling to lose weight with PCOS and subclinical hypothyroidism
Hi and welcome, Scheepy18
Firstly, you need to get your hypothyroidism at an optimal level and I see that you've joined the Thyroid UK community, which is a very wise move.
PCOS can generally be helped with a low carb diet, but that may not be the best diet for your thyroid trouble. Maybe a gluten free diet would be a compromise? Have a look at this phcuk.org/wp-content/upload...

My sister in law was diagnosed with PCOS she had success with weight loss , resistance/strength training and a supplement called Inositol at 2 Grams a day for around 6 months . She was also working with her GP.
