I have just joined this NHS weight loss programme. I try so many times to lose weight. I lose the weight then it just goes back on again. I want to lose two and half stones. I feel very unhealthy too and nothing fits anymore.
So I have to consume around 1400 calories a day.
Please help - I can't get the NHS calorie checker to work. Is there another app that will do this for me please.
I can't stop eating at the moment.
All support from you all is what I need right now please.

Welcome to our friendly and supportive forum AppleCarrots,
I expect once you have lost the weight, the old habits take over again and that is why you are gaining again. Stop thinking 'diet' and think sustainable healthy life plan that you know you can stick with.
1400 calories is a generic number given by the NHS that is not suitable for all. If you put your details here, if you are happy to, I can put into the NHS BMI calculator for you. I will need to know your age, weight, height and how active you are.
