hi, has anyone done the new 5.2 diet. 800 cals for two days and normal for five days.
would love to hear from you, how it is going, the way you do it. how does it make you feel (both good and bad)
any success stories or reasons why it didn't work for you.
all info would be appreciated x

I am sure you will get lots of response dillydally, a lot of people on the forum have or are doing this.
Personally for me, it makes me want to eat more the following day - but give it a go and see how you get on.

I tried this and it helped, but I preferred the low carb, high fat eating plan as it's filling and enjoyable.. and it works for weight loss.

I’m with minniewinny on low carb high fat , I think that combined with 16:8 is best for losing . 5:2 better for maintaining
