Hi a newbie here
Hi. I signed up today too. I don't do a lot of walking, like you my husband has leg problems and can't always walk much and I don't always fancy doing it on my own. I'm pretty lazy really if truth be told. I've just bought a hula hoop, but blowed if I can get it to stay up. Good luck x
Hi and welcome, meeny
I'm 61 and do most of my walking without my hubby, although I do have my trusty 4-legged friend. If you don't own a dog, but like them, you could maybe volunteer at a local rescue society, as a dog walker?

Hello meeny
Just wondering if you have a walking for health group near you they do them for all abilities
I lost weight when I wasn't mobile and waiting for my hip replacement
Wishing you all the best 😊
I wish they was Cat33,would love the idea walking with people ,there is one on th estate where i live ,but its more for younger people they walk miles at wk/ends ,not for me .
Hi Hidden, our local council here run a walks for health group. They don't walk miles and miles and the walks take place in different parts of the town so you get to know different areas. It's worth asking at your local library if they know of anything organised where you live. If you can't get to the library they are usually at the other end of the phone.
