Happily, I'm down to 8st 12 and I'm so proud of myself. I have a few pounds left to go (I need to be slim for my job, very high activity) but I feel so much better about my body, my health and my energy. I can run and do weights now which was unheard of at 10 stone!
Less good...these last few pounds are proving challenging. I've done all the right things (more exercise, more sleep) but it's taking so long! Many of you will tell me to stop here but I set 8st 7 as a target and honestly it would be great to get there.
Any tips?

I know you say you don't want us to say "stop here", but your BMI is now 20, and you are aiming for a BMI of 19.2 - maybe your body is saying it has reached a happy and healthy weight.
My advice would be to aim for a period of maintenance, to reset your bodyweight. Join our Maintainers Club and pick up heaps of good ideas.
It's quite common for the last few pounds to go a little later, when you stop trying so hard.
You could log your menus on the Daily Diary, where we can offer specific advice.
Check your calorie range on the NHS BMI calculator to make sure you're eating the correct amount. Too little will be as damaging to weight loss, as too much,
Look at what you're eating and see if maybe you could reduce the carbs a little.
Apart from that, a huge well done for having done so well!!
Get burn out? Not sure! Just walking for an hour after work, then a 30 minute jog, then 15 minutes lifting weights before bed. Dancing is fun too! (oh, and obviously avoid chocolate and lots of bread!) xx
