Cut out pototoes, bread, pasta and rice and lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks. Increased walking now doing 6 miles every day. I'm retired and hate the gym. Got used to my new eating regime now.

I've cut out bread for over a week.just need to excersise more ,need to drop 9lbs .

Try Tilda brown rice brown & red quinoa comes in a ready use pack, just make a small tear on top of pack and microwave for the said time or put it in a tomato salsa, with baby leaf spinach, few crushed chilli if liked serve with Fresh Tuna steak that’s what’s got me on the right tracks
