Cut out pototoes, bread, pasta and rice and lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks. Increased walking now doing 6 miles every day. I'm retired and hate the gym. Got used to my new eating regime now.

Hi Brendamorgan 🙋 I'm really impressed with your walking activity. I too am very recently retired and want to use this time to set myself up in the best good health I can for my future. Excellent loss already, well done. How did you find adjusting to retirement, any tips?

Keep busy! Do something different each day. I get up at the the same time as I did when I was working. But take my breakfast (porridge & banana) out in the garden it's lovely and quiet.

I've cut out bread for over a week.just need to excersise more ,need to drop 9lbs .

Try Tilda brown rice brown & red quinoa comes in a ready use pack, just make a small tear on top of pack and microwave for the said time or put it in a tomato salsa, with baby leaf spinach, few crushed chilli if liked serve with Fresh Tuna steak that’s what’s got me on the right tracks
