Breakfasts

I fall back on cerial(usually muesli) banana and yogurt. With milk it makes me feel fat though satisfied!

Can anyone suggest other easy to make brekkies, as am not my best first thing and like something easy.

If I am going to work I will either have museli which I prepare the night before or 100g natural yoghurt, small banana, 1oz mixed nuts and 1oz chopped dried apricot, which I can also prepare the night before. Or just toast and marmalade

Hi, I think the luxury of counting calories is you can kind of eat what ever you fancy as long as you stay within your calorie target- so the moral don’t feel restricted! Change it up :)

For breakfast I have natural yoghurt, tsp honey, 1/2 cup blueberries and a peppermint tea (very light- but not massively filling)

Shredded wheat, ss milk and 1tsp honey (one of the only cereals that doesn’t have any sugar or rubbish added to it)

If I have more time I quite often have 1slice Of toast with baked beans and mushrooms

A lot of people talk about overnight oats- I don’t personally like the consistency, but a lot of people swear by them because they are so versatile.

Hope this helps a bit. Good luck on your journey.

:)

Welcome to the forum LR26,

I love full fat Greek yoghurt for my breakfast with some oats stirred in on the morning I eat it, don't like them stodgy, with fruit and sometime some omega seed - yummy. I keep away from cereal because of all the sugar in most of it.
