Four weeks in, I have not managed to lose any weight since that initial kilogram in week one. But this week was very rewarding in term of meal planning, I am learning to be more efficient with the planning and preparing of healthy meals and am packing goodness in every dish I make, cooking with more seeds, vegetables and healthy fats than ever before. Still feeling a bit discouraged from the lack of weight loss, but I assume that will come as well eventually! From this week, I hope to start doing some yoga and light jogging and maybe that will speed things up!

I don't know why you're not losing a bit more since your good start, but if you get involved with some of the activities on here such as the Daily Diary and joining a weekly weigh-in, you will get more support and ideas.
If you're following the 12 week plan, you may not be having the right number of calories. If you're eating below the advised range, then after that first week loss your body might have decided on starvation mode to hang onto its fat reserves. Maybe check again here nhs.uk/Tools/Pages/Healthyw... to make sure you're eating in the right range.
