Sitting here watching Britain’s Fat Fight and am nodding in agreement with the presenter. Is it any wonder obesity is an issue. I’m shocked- good programme guys, watch it on catch up if you can if you haven’t already - food industry is out of order

There has been some great TV on this subject - made me really think about food and how i cook / eat and this was another good one!
