So far still finding the momentum. Managed 40 minutes cardio at the gym this evening. Struggling with the plank though, forgot I had muscles. 😂

Not allowed to exercise for long while other than just getting around. So I officially give you permission to do mine too! What's a plank?

There are interim versions of the plank - it may be better to build up in stages. 🙂

Wow - you are doing well with the cardio . I found the gym very boring so I do at least 3 clubbercise/ Zumba classes per week . I feel these also give me the opportunity to have that sly bag of crisps or a biscuit . I want to keep this up for life but for me in order to do it then I can't see this as a punishment or total exclusion from a snack that may psychologically give me that boost .
