Its ok to have those feelings. You can however feel proud of yourself for starting to change things from today. Forget about yesterday, just concentrate on today and look ahead to a more positive future.

You don't have to be great to start but you have to start to be great. I feel as you do sad and disappointed for allowing it to happen. I am a Brit living in Canada for 16 years now and and very happy to have found this after listening to Steve Wright about the 'Fat documentary' airing tonight. I hope this plan works because I am going to try it!

Hi

Just remember this. You can't change the past but you can dictate the path your future takes.

Don't waste emotional energy on thinking of what if I'd done this or that better use it to change the future for the better :)
