Week one done. I'm really happy. Have done the three starter runs, plus a 17km bike ride and one trip to the local council gym...that with a complete diet change and I have lost 4.5kg🤭not 5.4...

I’m a bit shocked. Do you mean 5.4kgs? That’s an awful lot in one week, especially as your target is 2.5 stones.
Well..I was 99kg last Saturday and 94.6. admittedly the first weight was taken on my brothers scales but he reckons they accurate? Today weighed myself in a gym on big all singing all dancing things...won't weigh myself now for another week but will be on gym scales so will see. I have been reading about very fast initial loss. Been juicing greens a lot 🙂
Think my target is 3.5 if I'm being honest.
I will keep you posted.
