Ups and downs 🤔

Thought I would pop on and see how people are doing and update you with how my week is going while working away.

Lunch and breakfast are good, no cooked breakfasts and still prepping my own packed lunch however, as I thought dinner is an absolute failure!

I have managed to continue with my c25k! 🏃‍♀️Feeling very proud.

Will now be here until Sunday and not a set of scales in sight. Would I be able to add my weight on Monday?.

Thanks folks.

Sounds like you're totally on top of things Smarties67 It can be so disruptive when we're not in our normal surroundings.

Unless you want to move permanently to the Monday weigh-in then I believe admins will ask that you weigh-in on your usual day next week and point out that you missed a week.

Keep it up and have a safe journey.

As Tiggerr says, we prefer people to stick to their normal day because it muddles our stats otherwise.

So you could pop back to this post of your own on Monday and put your weight in if you would like.

And just a reminder that when you join the Weigh In the following Sunday, let us know it is your weight loss for two weeks.

You’re managing it really well Smarties67 . It was not an easy week to start but you’ve found your way to make it work 👍🏻

Smarties67 doll, you should be proud! I know you will get the rest of your plan under control like dinner just give it time and charge on! remember, a pound a week is the bomb!! I love losing a pound a week as I am able to keep it off easier. I have full faith in you

Look at week 5 of the NHS weight loss plan and it gives advice on Dining Out which may be useful to you to minimise the damage (week 5 covers alcohol if that is an issue as well!)

Well done for keeping most of your day under control. It’s not easy when you are not planning the food yourself. Hopefully the running will have used up the excess calories from dinner 🤞🏼. Good luck for next week xx
