does anyone know any home excercises for toning up?

well i have noticed i have lost a shed load of weight but i need some toning excercises as i am looking a little flabby but i dont want to put on any muscles as it puts weight on, just enough to get those flabby areas into shape

It's probably a good idea to do a combination of strength, cardio/endurance, balance, flexibility/stretching.

I devise myself two little routines combining these (10 or 20 repetitions) and then alternate between the two.

There are lots of little routines to be found on YouTube, such as this one:

Of course, a lot depends on your abilities / age / current fitness levels - just find something that you think will suit you.

Pilates is a VERY good exercise to strengthen and tone - again, you can find some exercises to start you off on YouTube.
