Naughty evening

It is so great to read everyone’s comments and how they are doing, well done to one and all. I know I have only been checking my intake of food for a couple of days but last evening I fell off the track. I must admit that I was feeling a bit faint but instead of controlling what I had !!!!! Writing this so I will be good today.

It's early days for you Likefood . You've probably learned from yesterday's blip and can be prepared for similar situations. It takes time to bed in new habits so don't let yesterday put you off :)

Is that normal for you to feel faint? Are you following the NHS BMI calorie range?

Otherwise, like everyone else and yourself have mentioned, dust yourself off and get back on track.

Yes but when I checked what I had eaten it was only about 700 calories up to that point. If I had just used my brain and said okay you need to eat have a cereal allowance with yogurt. That would have been enough, but I went mad.!! Still so far today so good.

Done that so many times that I'm sat here trying to work out if it's amusing or very very sad. I've had an almost out of body experience where I watch myself keep going to one cupboard or fridge after another whilst my mind is screaming not to and yet I watch this zombie grab anything and everything.

Not easy and I wish you all the best.

You didn't mention whether you're following the NHS BMI calorie range.

Not what you're looking for?
