Sorry I have been off the grid the past 2 weeks.

I have had the nasty head cold and just starting to get better now. And having a lot of ice-cream, jello and toast and what ever topping I have. I bet I will only one to gain weight with a bad cold.haha I am going out on Tuesday to buy myself scales instead of relying on my friend scales Thursday nights So I will not be weighing in until this Friday morning. I hope nobody catches it So chat soon miss writing in. I want to say Hello to Mrniceguy.

Hello, glad you are feeling better. I have a cold at the moment so know how you feel. I managed to go to work and then just sat like a zombie on the sofa. Good luck for a good week of weight loss

I will take the blame for the head cold and eating because I hate doing things alone haha I hope you are feeling better as well nothing worse than the common cold lol!!

While I'm incredibly touched to learn that you wish to say hello, I'm sorry to learn that you've been laid low with a heavy head cold of late. Frustrating they may be, heavy colds must simply be allowed to run their course.

As and when you feel ready to begin exercising again, ensure that the activity is undertaken at a measured rate, allowing the cardiovascular and muscular systems to re-accustom themselves.
