I am at my heaviest at the moment and it’s making me feel sluggish I’m putting on around a stone every year by starting diets that allow you to eat large portions and don’t encourage exercise This I’m hoping is the year for me I’ve started couch to 5K and need an encouraging healthy eating and portion control plan Hope I’m in the right place 🤪

You have hit the nail on the head when you mention portion control as that really is the key, I have always eaten healthily yet still gained weight, year on year.

My portions are ridiculous due to certain slimming clubs teaching you to pile on free food then when you slip off your still eating the huge portions So it has to be smaller portions to start off for me 😳

My plates at home are big and I always try to fill the whole plate. So I've brought a smaller plate and that stops me over loading. Plus having a glass of water before you eat helps make you feel full x
