I'm afraid weight loss is different for all of us, so it would be difficult to say. If you estimate 1 - 2lbs loss a week, that would be an average rate.

Hi, welcome. It depends how much a person weighs and how ‘bad’ their diet is. Mine was a bad diet and I was 23 stone so I lost 2 stone in 2 months but losing 2 stone now I expect to take me more like 5 months as some weeks I stay the same as my diet is better and I am already moving. If someone does a crash diet and loses weight quickly they usually put it back on but that’s fine if it’s for a wedding or something.

If you stick to a calorie controlled diet and increase activity you should be able to lose between 1 to 2 . 5 lbs a week so about 14 weeks
Totally up to how much effort you put in ... calories in need to be less than calories out
You can do it !
Try the 12 week.plan.i lost 22 pounds on the plan .but i had over 3 stone to lose.give it a go xx good luck xx
