Hello and welcome Dianeheart
If you scroll down and look on the right hand side you will find lots of recipe sections under the heading of 'Topics'.
Sorry to hear that there's so much that you don't eat but I'm sure you'll find something there.
Additionally have a look at the Daily Diary where people post ahead what they're going to be having the following day. I often come across ideas that hadn't occurred to me before.
Good luck!
Hello and welcome to the Weight Loss Forum Dianeheart
Changing our eating habits is best done step by step, one day at a time and one meal at a time. vegetables are good for us but some can take a while to get used to. I have found after 2 1/2 years my tastes have changed a lot, so give yourself time 😊
I'd like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out. If you just post a few words to introduce yourself and respond to others there, you'll soon break the ice. Here's the link

You'll find all the information you need to navigate the forum in the header and a link to the 12 week plan, so please take the time to read it carefully. There is a lot of information on here so please ask if you can’t find anything
Wishing you all the best

It did used to be on my list of never likely to be eaten and whilst it's not likely to ever make my top 10 veg I should be ok eating it again. I think I can see how it might go with a spicy virgin mary.
Fancy that! I've just discovered I can eat celery too, at the grand old age of 66! I'm sure I was put off in my early days by veg being cooked to blazes and I don't thing the smell of cooking celery will ever be anything other than a turn off, but I've made celery soup and loved it (stayed out of the kitchen once it was underway). Maybe I'll brave a raw mouthful
