Hello everybody and Merry Christmas and a very special hello to Tuesday Trimmers. I failed to log my weight or cheer anyone yesterday on as my time/or internet connection was not my own!

However I'm pleased to say that there was a loss and I can now fit into my trousers again - the joy.
