Well it’s nearly Christmas again I am hoping that I do not put any weight on I am trying hard to be good .but there nice things every were you look never mind it’s only 2days of eating merry Christmas to you all

I guess it is down to each of us to do whatever suits us but to understand the personal consequences of eating too much of the wrong things, or indeed too much of the good things!
