Where oh where did this year go? Christmas and the end of the year are in sight, and it doesn't matter if we're bigger or slimmer than this time last year, today is a day closer to a new healthy body.
In the past, I always used to say "I'll go on a diet AFTER my holidays / after Christmas " etc etc , but there is no time like today to start a healthier lifestyle.
Some of the tips in the new post from Pineapple27 are well worth noting . Little changes can be made on ANY day which over time will all contribute to a healthier you in 2018.
Go for it everyone. It won't be an instant fix that's not possible, but even a few ounces loss at a time is going in the right direction.
TODAY IS THE DAY and I bet you'll have a far happier Christmas for making a bit of effort now , rather than putting it off. ๐๐๐๐
